Entrance armored door made of 1.2 mm powder-coated metal and 10 mm MDF milled panel with laminated finish.
The structure of the leaf consists of two 10 mm MDF laminated panels, between which a 1.2 mm thick metal sheet is placed. The leaf is filled with mineral wool for noise and heat insulation, with additional metal ribbing. The thickness of the leaf is 70 mm. The front and rear panels have a beautiful milled pattern, which gives a stylish finish to the models. On the side of the adjustable hinges, the leaf is reinforced with six passive spikes, which enter the frame when the door is closed.
The frame is adjustable, with sills on both sides. It is made of 1.5 mm powder-coated metal. The door has a factory-installed rubber seal along the frame, with a metal “L-shaped” profile on the threshold, also with a rubber seal, which helps to provide better insulation and easier threshold construction.
The overall dimensions of the sash with the frame can be 860/1970 mm or 900/2000 mm, covering walls up to 210; 340; 500 mm.
The door is equipped with two independent locking systems, each with three active bolts, with a third, hidden latch lock on the inside of the leaf. It is also equipped with six passive bolts that enter the frame when the leaf is closed.
