At My Comfort Malta, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Refundable Items

3. Refund Process

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us before returning the item.
